You will be prompted for your PIN when setting up a replacement phone or changing your current PIN. You should have your device on hand during the process.


Replacing a phone

Enter the Backup Assistant Plus or Cloud PIN when prompted on your handset.


To Change Your PIN

• Access Backup Assistant Plus or Cloud on your handset

• Select Options > Select Change PIN

• Enter the PIN from the text message in the enter old PIN field

• Click Next then enter your new PIN > Click Next

• Click OK to complete the PIN change
